You can’t. Online customer service won’t help and the actual stores won’t help. So I will be charge $10 a month for the rest of my life for services that are no longer available
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You are auto renewing for no service rendered.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sign in to your account, select Account then select Plans and Subscriptions, find the subscription you wish to cancel - I clicked on what was auto renewing and there was a cancel option available, I clicked it answered a question or two then had the option of a phone call or chat to complete the cancellation, I chose chat and was done in less than 5 minutes.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You may be stuck. I don't even have a BestBuy account, so there's no way to see what they're charging me for. I don't have any subscriptions or anything else which would call for a renewal. My only option is to lock my credit card to prevent them from charging me for a phony renewal.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Cancel my auto renewal package
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am dealing with the same thing. Best Buy says I have no subscription, but continues to charge me with no way for me to cancel. Credit card company changes my card number and I’m still being charged.
