• Yes, you get a code. You go to Tidal, say you have a code to redeem then create a new Tidal account. You can use any email at that point as long as a Tidal account hasn't already been associated with it.

• Yes, different email addresses are fine. BUT the subscription starts on day it is purchased. Keep that in mind if you plan of gifting.
