HEOS has the Tidal Application embedded https://support.tidal.com/hc/en-us/articles/202819052-HEOS-by-Denon This link will give you instructions

Yes you will be able to. I have a Denon AVR that uses the HEOS app and I've been using it.

Yes I use it with my Denon with HEOS. I am finding HEOS frustrating to use and looking into other streamers were you can play from the Tidal app instead.

Yes - it just allows you a 1 year sub - think of it as a prepay
