Is it safe to use on LVP? null

Dear customer, Floor One S3 Extreme can be used on flat, non-carpeted floors such as vinyl, tile, sealed wood floors. So it is safe to use on LVP.

Yes it is safe and doesn't scuff floors. Leaves a salmall film of water over the top that dries completely within a minute.
