Dear customer, whether it is a new stain or a long-standing stain, you can try to use the machine to clean it, but for stubborn dry stains, you may need to clean it back and forth several times to achieve the cleaning effect. We recommend adding our solution to the water and then dragging it back and forth several times to soften the cleaning.
