“Can I use soap & water as solution? I have a pet and don’t want to use any chemicals etc cleaners”

• I wouldn’t use anything but the solution or plain water. You do t want it sudsy. Also, doing so could void the warranty. You only use a tiny bit of the solution and it barely has a smell.

• The instructions states only use the provided solution, it is safe for pets, at best maybe use other floor cleaning brands non chemical safe for pets but to ensure you receive another vacuum if anything happens to vacuum under warranty. Try to stick to manufacture suggestion.
