A:Answer The head tilts slightly forward, but not completely horizontal parallel to the desk, like a desk lamp. This is purely meant for vlogging, specifically using front facing camera. Because when I use the back camera on my iPhone, the light shows up in the view, unless, I carefully fold the phone holder slightly forward. Hope this helps
