• Preorders are the same across the board. I know in the past some pre order bonuses are store specific, but not this time. There is however, different levels that give you more bonuses such as early access to content and more cosmetic items.

• No but if you choose to buy it now just pull up google and match price it with target or Walmart and will come out cheap.. about 10 bucks or so
