“I bought this 32 inch Toshiba on 12/31/2019 and on 2/29/20 it is malfunctioning in a major way. I turned it on today and the bottom 1/3rd of the screen is discolored, casts a double image and is flashing in various colors. It is not watchable. Any fixes?”
