“I’ve spent two days trying to add the xfinity streaming app. Watched many YouTube videos but still no app. I click on the app but it never installs. Very frustrating roku was so user friendly. This tv may have to go!”

• Unfortunately, the Xfinity Streaming app is not available for the Fire TV Edition experience. You can connect an external streaming device using HDMI. David M. - Toshiba Support
