QuestionWe have a new Toshiba fire TV. Some shows have terrible lip sync. I've checked the TVs menu and "reset" the sound. No difference. What suggestions have you? Is this a Netflix (etc.) problem, or a Toshiba problem? Thanks

- Answer My experience points to a subpar processor. Add that to issues with the FireTV platform and you're set up for an unsatisfactory viewing experience.

- Answer I am not sure what exactly you would consider cheap. Cheap does not mean good. Sony makes a good one that we use, but it is not that cheap.

QuestionRecommended screws for wall hanging is M4, I’m sliding an M6 all the way through and not aligning with any grooves. What is the actual screws that are used to hang this TV? (M6 is bigger than an M4 and it’s still too small).

- Answer Not sure because i got the store warranty and info should be on receipt or an email because mines was sent that way . Also you can log into Best Buy account and look under plans and subscriptions and it will give you your geek squad info
