QuestionI want to hook my cable box to my tv. There is no HDMI on the back of my cable box. I’m using a coaxial cable from the cable box tv output to an SDI to HDMI converter then an HDMI cable to the tv. When I switch to HDMI input it says no signal detected.

- Answer This TV does not support Bluetooth and as such wireless headphones will not work. If the wireless headphones have a base that can be connected to the 3.5mm headphone jack then it could work.

QuestionI am having an issue with the picture when I connect my Nintendo Switch. My PS4 works find, even when I swap the HDMI cables and ports between it and my Switch, but the Switch has extremely grainy picture when it is connected to the tv.

- Answer Toshiba knows this is an issue and will not do anything. Tried 2 different switches and spent a hour on a support call just to be told that there is an issue with my 2 different switch systems
