Does this TV have closed captioning? And where is it? null

It does have closed captioning...........I assume it is in the settings, but am not sure.

I am very disappointed, this TV does not provide captioning for programming supplied by my cable company. Under the Accessibility menu, it states that captioning will work for videos, only, that already provide captioning.
