QuestionI am unable to pair alexa as additional speaker to this TV. When i used my old tv and a firestick, i could enable 2 alexa's as speakers to create a surround sound experience. In the alexa app, it shows that this TV is "incompatible" to use alexa for that.

- Answer Hold down the Home button on your remote for about 2-3 seconds and a menu will appear on the right side of the screen. Change the input to the HDMI input your HDMI cable is connected to.
