• basically the way chromecast works is projecting video from apps that support casting. so its more so a "anyone can join the party" kinda caster where you can start a youtube video on your ipad and interupt it with a movie on your android or whatever. just depends on what you are pointing at the chrome cast to be casted so its not tied to one device hope that helps

• I don't think this is a smart TV with the Netflix app built in, you prolly have to use a video game console or Google Home app to cast through Wifi to the TV. You can use a Apple TV or a Roku amongst others as well.
