• No and the built in Chromecast does not stream in 4K. You will need a separate Chromecast Ultra to plug into a separate HDMI input for that.

• No apps, not a smart TV. You stream your apps from your phone. (Netflix, YouTube, etc.)

• It uses Google Cast which has apps that you can control from phone and other devices. You can also use some of the built in apps too. It has built in wifi so it streams pretty fast. I just got it and have not played with all the functionality but you can stream movies via the apps on Google Cast, except for Amazon Prime natively. Amazon doesn't support google products since they are competitors in the streaming tech market, but there are ways around it.

• No apps on this TV. This TOSHIBA UHD TV is a GoogleCast based TV that works with most ANDROID based smartphones.
