“How do you fix the black screen problem? I turn on my tv and within 15 seconds the screen goes black and I only have sound. I have check all connections and I even adjusted the backlight settings and nothing works.. It's less then a year old. Please help!”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi, try to adjust back light setting to 0, this setting needs to be adjusted for all inputs.. it worked for me as a workaround(not ideal from a picture quailty)... I understand the issue is the heatsink.. not sure.. just what I have been reading.
