Yes, you can use a web browser and watch videos or go to sites. I don’t think it’s as nice an interface to use as a computer or phone though. The voice remote makes it easier than some because you can search more easily, but I wouldn’t recommend it as your main tool to browse.

NO YOU CANNOT SURF THE WEB LIKE A COMPUTER/LAPTOP. They give you Silk and Firefox but they are not like a desktop version of internet browsing. They mostly support internet video not data. Silk is an Amazon internet browser wanna be. BUT you can connect your laptop and use this TV as the monitor.
