Yes you can log out of your account or just reset it and they can log in with their account.

If you are also putting a Amazon Echo device in your unit you can load the Alexa skill called Vacation Rental Concierge to give your renters information on the area, Restaurants, and how to work some of the appliances and devices in your home... etc.
