• Ours was frozen on the home screen and couldn't go any where. You could get to HBO or Showtime but nothing with the select button would work. Unplug the TV from thr outlet, push the power button on the back of the TV for 45 seconds. Then plug it back in and ours was fixed. Hope it works for you!
