Yes, You can hook up xfinity to any hdtv with an HDMI cable.

The TV has a hard-line network port and wifi. Xfinity is just a cable service, so if you have the internet connection, a wifi or cable hookup, and the right hardware it should connect just fine. Mine is connected to my router with a CAT5 cable and it streams just fine with my Amazon account.
