“Have had tv for 2 years, issues just presented and did a hard reset to factory settings. Has internet connection but indicates cannot update TV. Won't connect to Amazon. I spoke with them, suggestions were things done.”

Might as well give it Up mine is less than two years old HDM I stopped working soon afterward Wi-Fi stopped working, toshiba was no help so now I have a fairly new 55 inch Toshiba fire TV it is worth nothing piece of junk, Repair man says it needs a new motherboard and it would cost more than the TV cost to repair it
