• Mine was taped to the inside of the box. Toshiba has lots of information online. Additionally I believe the tv walks you through the set up after you plug it in.

• No manual. Comes with warranty books and small pamphlet on operating it similar to a smartphone. You may have just mistaken it for a welcome guide, it's like 2 pages
