“We just changed over To this tv. We had no problems with our sound bar before but on this tv with our sound bar we find it gets really loud and then when you turn it down a few notches its a whisper. What could be wrong?”

I hooked hdmi tp my soundbar turned off tv speaker in the settings now tv remote turns soundbar up down works great if you havnt go to settings turn internal speaker off
