Yes, it is compatible with the Sonos Arc. You can get Atmos, but you need to go to Settings > Display and Sounds > Audio Output and set Digital Audio Format to "Passthrough". After that, I was able to get the Dolby Atmos icon to show up in the Sonos app when playing Atmos content from Netflix, Disney+, and HBO Max.
