• Yes. I am using Bose noise cancelling headphones - about 8 feet away from the TV.

• Yes, however it's one or the other. You can either have tv speakers OR bluetooth speakers. Not both at the same time. Poor choice by Toshiba, does not offer what most people want/need in their sound.
