The picture has completely disappeared but I can get sound. How do I fix this? I’ve rebooted the TV, changed the HDMI port, still doesn’t work. It was fading the picture after 15 minutes, but now it’s gone completely. Any ideas other than bringing it back null

Need more context. Is this a brand new tv or older one? Is it the screensaver that is on or is it a defect in the tv itself ?
