“watching show on prime video is very dark how can i bring it to better viewing i have already tried the brightness control or am i doing it wrong”

I guess depending on what controls you are adjusting is going to determine if the brightness is set right. Say you’re watching a movie , look at your remote, click the settings button that is at the bottom of the remote next to the mute button it will bring up a menu to the right of your screen , scroll down to picture. On the picture mode select it Will say standard movie dynamic natural or custom click one of them and then go back and you can adjust the backlight the contrast the brightness the color you’re just gonna have to play with it to see which one does better
