- Answer If you haven't already discovered this, I found that if you quickly double click the home button, it brings up the picture settings. So you might want to try that.

QuestionWe just changed over To this tv. We had no problems with our sound bar before but on this tv with our sound bar we find it gets really loud and then when you turn it down a few notches its a whisper. What could be wrong?

- Answer I hooked hdmi tp my soundbar turned off tv speaker in the settings now tv remote turns soundbar up down works great if you havnt go to settings turn internal speaker off

- Answer You can use this with an external antenna for over the air (OTA) local channels. However, to maximize the features of this set, you need wifi access and an Amazon account (free). You do NOT need to be a member of Amazon Prime. If you do not have internet service, you should consider another brand.

QuestionWhen I switch between the home screen, using apps and DTV the DTV guide comes up, i can switch between channels but there is no picture or sound? I have to restart TV and then DTV works fine. Any ideas why this is happening?

- Answer Wow, uhhh...we hadn’t unboxed it yet because our house is under a major renovation. Usually, there’s a lone volume button on the right side of the remote. I hadn’t seen another way to turn up the volume with TV’s like this either. Should I be concerned with this issue? If so, I will take this TV back! Let me know.
