“How do you turn the television completely off? When the power button is pressed it goes on sleep mode it doesn't turn off completely. I know because we have LED lights attached to the tv and they are suppose to turn off when the tv goes off. They don't.”

I experience the same myself so guess what I do:) press the microphone button at top for Alexa to help and hold it down as u say “turn TV off” Alexa will turn the Tv off for you;) hope this helps.
