Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Is your sound bar Bluetooth? If so you need to connect it via Bluetooth in TV settings. If it’s connection using cords that go into the TV, you then will go into TV settings, and I’m guessing sound.. if not press on all things til you see your system pop up. Should show the name of your sound bar. Some sound bars just start automatically but just depends the sound bar you have. Also try using Utube and see if anyone has made a video on how to connect sound bar to Toshiba smart TV.. I’m sure they have something for you :)
