I would suggest you let them know if your just bought the TV. I do not see that on my TV, anywhere at all on any input or channel. Sorry to hear this and hope it works out for you. It’s an awesome Tv I’m sure one in a blue moon isn’t made beautifully so hope they will give you another in exchange. It’s a great Tv, don’t let this veer you away from wanting the same one. When you get a good one it’s mint and just awesome stuff :)
