• I do not think this will work for you, it connects to a wifi and increases the wifi strength, extending the signal strength. I my case, it almost doubled the signal allowing my wife to use her Chase Mobile Checkout App in her home work room, and outside for her customers. I am very satisfied with it. • No you would need to have wifi but it is compatible with a TP link modem.
