This Deco Mesh System can be quickly and easily set up with your existing Spectrum modem/router combination gateway by connecting the main Deco to your gateway via Ethernet, then using the Deco app to intuitively install the Mesh Wi-Fi System and enjoy whole-home coverage. Depending on whether you want the Deco to be your primary router, you can set up the Deco in either Router Mode or Access Point Mode.
