Is this device compatible with Debian 10.5? null

As long as you have your kernel sources in place as well as GCC and the rest of the toolchain, just git clone https://github.com/cilynx/rtl88x2bu and follow the notes. You should be good to go. (I run Fedora 32 + Kernel 5.7.12 and this kernel module with a T4U v3)
