Can you use these cameras without WIFI null

Yes and No. If you are using local recording via a MicroSD card, the camera will still capture detection events even if the wireless connection is lost and the cameras still have a charge on its battery. However, you will still need to configure the cameras to a network, configure the MicroSD card, and set up the detection settings for the camera
