• Hi JustTrying, The Tapo TC85 Outdoor Battery-Powered Wireless 2K Security Cameras use 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connectivity to communicate with your network. As long as your router is capable of providing encrypted 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi at the camera locations, they should be able to connect.
