“Can't add the smartphone card I bought online. The e-gift card order gives a 15 digit code. My Tracfone account the refill "I have a plan" section will not accept the 15 digit code as the PIN. How do add this card to my account?”

• I don’t know but I would go to a Verizon store and have them help you. Awhile back Verizon bought out Tracfone.

• Call their 1-800 number and they will get you set up quickly. You just give them your phone number and they'll ask for the code.
