• No. It is my husband's flip phone. We buy him a year's service plan for $ $99. It includes 1200 minutes (we have the double plan. He uses less than 400 minutes per year and the extra minutes roll over to next yea. He will never run out of minutes. Great plan for someone who uses it so little.
