Hi. This is Katrina from TracFone Wireless. Just to make sure, are you trying to use the phone on TracFone Wireless, or are you trying to use the phone through the Verizon Wireless plan? If it is the latter, be informed that our branded phones are not carrier unlocked. It can only be activated on our service. Thank you!

So, you have spent $30 for a LOCKED phone, and Tracfone is preventing you from using it on any other carrier. I would run 100 miles away from getting sucked in to their ruthless, self-serving scheme.
