Hi. This is Frank from TracFone Wireless. We have a Transfer Wizard App that allows customers to transfer personal content from one Smartphone to another. However, the old phone should still be working. This app transfers personal content while connected to the same Wi-Fi network between Apple iOS and Android devices. The app does not store your content. It simply copies it from one device and transfers it to another without deleting the source data.
