• You have to install software (available on Google Play Store) to make and receive these types of call. The party you want to talk to, may also have to install the same software to make it work. Even then, you won't know if it works, until it works. In theory, it should, but there are variables, such as what level of phone does the other party have, and the quality and compatibility of the internet connections, and the required software program. Do some research on the web, and on YouTube. Good luck.
