This is a tracfone branded phone. You will need to call your service provider to verify you can activate your service with the device and they will set it up. The sim card comes with the phone. Ready to activate when you contact your carrier or if you dont have service yet you can just buy a tracfone prepaid monthly card with service and you're done. This kit also comes with a charger and wall plug in. The cord is a type C :)
