Hi. This is Redje from TracFone Wireless. Thanks for bringing that to our attention. Please be informed that the SIM card and the minutes are separated. For me, it is better to purchase the SIM card through Walmart and buy the minutes through 611611, just by simply texting BUY. Thank you.
