A:Answer I believe they use Verizon for their service, at least that is what the salesman told me.
As I was told, this is a "do it yourself" set up which means a long time on the phone and you wonder if it is legit, however, it was and now I know what the people do who disappear and "set up" your phone at a cell phone store.
I purchased this for my parents who were used to their old flip phone and are not yet used to the new set and what the various keys do.
If you are at all tech savvy (what tech savvy and you use a flip phone ??) this is an unbeatable deal.
$10 for the phone and $125 for up to a year's service ... it's a steal, or a fair price if you are used to great deals.
