A simple push/slide button locks the weights in place
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You move a lever that holds the locking mechanism in the locked position. This allows one to rotate a dial into the unlocked position. Remove or place a weight. Turn the dial back to the locked position (it's indicated on the kettlebell) and then push the lever back in so that the dial stays in that locked position. Easy.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You twist the lock bar on the top to unlock it. Then you put in or take out which ever plates you want. Then you twist back into lock position.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Pretty secure. It takes a little muscle to lock and unlock the adjustable weights.
