• You have to move the mic boom down to in front of their mouth. This will turn the mic on

• Try sliding the switch on the back of it to Xbox or ps

• I made sure the volumes were turned up and its fully charged but the mic still won't work

• Make sure the mouth piece is in the down position. Also it has to be charged. The dials on the side may be turned down.
