“my turtle beach headset dosen´t work. or the sound in the headset works fine but it does not connect to the computer so it keep using the pc sound”

• Right click the speaker icon on the bottom right and click "playback devices". Find the headset and make sure its the default device! Oh and make sure you connected to your pc via usb NOT headphone jack!! - Professional PC Gamer

• You need to tell the computer that you're using the headset. Right-click the speaker icon down by the clock in the task bar, and choose Playback Devices. From there, you can set the default device for communications and everything else.
