“How come after being charged, then usb device plugged in, my headphones stop working while playing? I have to re-turn them on during a live match. Headset just stops showing blue, and usb will go red. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. TYIA”

• My USB has shown red since I bought them and haven't lost connection.
