No these are not. These are wireless surround sound gaming headset with retractable microphone for the Xbox one. They are not noise canceling, Bluetooth nor wired.

They don't offer true noise cancelling Bluetooth capabilities, but however do provide a chat mixer that's built into the headphones, meaning that you don't have to go to main menu to change your volume and chat volume on the XBox settings. So you can filter outside noise with the main volume turned up. Having said that, they are truly wireless though, so thumbs up on not being wired, but the battery life is no 24 hours, so expect around 10-12 hours, which is good enough for a full day's use of gaming.

Sound is great and you really don't hear much from the outside. Well worth the money. The mic swings down and you can flip up half way for muting. Mic is very sturdy and I prefer it to the flexible kind.
